Description To Books Sweet Sixteen Princess (The Princess Diaries #7.5)
Sixteen is the magic numberMia doesn't always have the best luck with parties, so even though it's her sweet sixteenth, she doesn't want a birthday bash. As usual, Grandmere has other ideas, and thinks a reality TV special is just the thing in order to celebrate royally. The whole scheme smacks of Lilly's doing -- Lilly, whose own TV show is still only limited to local cable viewers.
Will Mia be able to stop Grandmere's plan? Will her friends ever forgive her if she does stop it, since it involves all of them taking the royal jet to Genovia for an extravaganza the likes of which would turn even Paris Hilton green with envy? Why can't Mia get what she really wants: an evening alone with Michael?
With a little luck, this sweet sixteen princess might just get her wish -- a birthday that's royally romantic."

I will explode into fire. I don't see the point of this book. At this point I'm just reading in the hopes that someone tells Michael he's being a dick about sex.In this short novella, Mia is turning sixteen years old and she doesn't want a huge birthday party. However, Grandmère has extravagant birthday plans for Mia. ♛ Sweet Sixteen is a light-hearted and fluffy read.♛ Sweet Sixteen is a 'filler' book, but it's cute and fun.♛ I got to see a slightly different side of Lily in Sweet Sixteen. ♛ Lily and Michael act out of character in Sweet Sixteen.♛ Grandmère is a crazy woman. "Really, they are like the Snape/Malfoy pairing of the Muggle world. Only

I love that we get a novella about this point in the series. I never get enough of Mia and Michael, and it's so cute to get a story that is pure fluff, where their relationship is going great and we get another peek into their dynamic! You don't need to read this novella to understand the issues that arise in Princess on the Brink (book 8), but it does provide very helpful context for the events in that book. It's a very informative look into Lilly's relationship with J.P., which plays a huge
I really wished this book was longer! But I did like every moment of it, especially the end. I can really see that Mias relationship with Michael has really grown, in every aspect. That surprise birthday party they had for her, was perfect! It was really nice to see Mia standing up to her grandmother about the trip to Genovia with her friends, because of the environmental effects it would have. I really like how in every book, the author talks about environmental problems, and how everyone
The kind of party I'd really, really hate." (31)I thought this was a great short story, and it had a lot in it even though it was so short! I thought the character development was great! I loved the ending! This book was a quick read, as I read it in about a day!I would recommend it to anyone into teen rom Coms!
Sweet Sixteen Princess by Meg CabotRating: 3 starStatus: Read in November 2017ReviewMEG CABOT CATEGORYPrincess Mia is turning sixteen in this book and everyone has opinions about what kind of celebration she should have. Mia has her own desires and wants things to be low-key and definitely not televised. Her grandmere's idea is that her birthday bash will be extravagant, transcontinental and filmed for MTV. Lilly is totally being unsupportive and most of her friends are as well. At the end of
