How I wish I could make all these walks.Also bought before I went to England
This is a very entertaining and well informed set of haunted walks around London. It reads well even if you have no intention of going to London (like me). If you are going please take this book with you.
Bought before I went to London. The stories in the book were very entertaining and the maps were decent. Overall very good.
An excellent book of carefully thought out walks taking in haunted parts of London.Plenty of interesting background information. Highly recommended. A friend of mine also has the book and has done some of the walks. The times estimated for walk durations are fairly accurate.A 4.5 star book which I upgraded to 5 stars on the basis of the Phantom Chicken of Pond Square, Highgate.
25 great walks throughout London and suburbs. Lots of spooky activity with tips where to get refreshments or when to best do this or that walk. Great read for anyone interested in spectres and/or places with lots of history.
